Office Coordinator
Facilitate the timely receipt and transmission of information to ensure the efficient operation of the Housekeeping department and the highest quality of service. Fill-in as housekeeper, turndown attendant or runner if necessary. Ability to delegate tasks necessary. Eligible for Union benefits package.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service, organizational, typing and basic clerical skills
Good telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly both in writing and orally to staff
Understanding of cleaning procedures and general hotel operations helpful
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Minimum of one year administrative experience required
High school diploma required
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for long periods of time. Repetitive hand use.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
