Sous Chef
Ensure the highest quality preparation and presentation of fine cuisine for The Bench, which will have eclectic, international dishes prepared with wood roasting and open flame cooking.
Minimum six years of restaurant, resort or hotel experience and at least two years' experience as Sous Chef.
Certified Food Handler and Sanitation Card
Excellent cooking, supervisory and sanitation skills
Some computer knowledge helpful
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Repetitive hand use and firm grasping is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
