For nearly 100 years Monterey Peninsula Country Club has catered to a diverse Membership of more than 1,100 Members.
We provide dining in five outlets amongst the Club House, Golf House, and two 18-hole golf courses.
As a Food Server at Monterey Peninsula Country Club, we will ask you to:
Be an integral part of our food & beverage operation.
Ensure that our members and their guests have their orders taken and receive all items timely.
Be knowledgeable about how our amazing chefs prepare our food and be able to communicate what the major ingredients, portion sizes, garnish, and method of presentation for all menu items are.
Be a team player and always ensure that side stations are maintained and organized.
Help make the team successful by ensuring orders are taken and fired accurately and timely.
Ensure that members are billed correctly and that checks are presented timely.
Help in other areas of food & beverage at the Club.
Be highly professional and efficient with your service standards.
What we will need from you:
The ability to work weekends and holidays.
If working full time, we ask that you be available for 4 shifts per week, Part Time at least 2 shifts per week.
Previous experience working as a food server, preferably in an upscale environment.
A great attitude and commitment to providing amazing hospitality.
